To Manager of The Olympian Newspaper:
Stop delivering The Hot Ticket to me!
According to RCW 70.93.060 No. 1, it is a violation to have any person throw, drop, deposit, discard, or dispose litter upon any public property in the state or upon private property in this state not owned by him or her.
My name is XXX, I am the resident of XXXX, but you should know that since I've already spoken The Olympian FOUR times, given my address FOUR times, and my name FOUR times. This email would be the FIFTH time. If your memory or records have failed to remember who I am, let me refresh your memory.
I called approximately a month ago to cancel a newspaper that I never ordered, the operator took my contact and delivery information said they were going to send an email to the carrier and the subscription (that I never ordered) should stop immediately. I called a second time to cancel that same newspaper, and the operator took my information again and also said the newspaper should stop immediately. I called a third time, same thing, it still did not stop. I called a FORTH time and talked to the supervisor, he took my information as usual, and a newspaper shows up in our driveway AGAIN. Stop lying to me, and stop littering my yard! I have only called four times to cancel delivery, but you have been littering my driveway months before my phone calls.
Fine, if you want to waste your time and money to deliver non-subscribed papers to consumers, but quit wasting my time and money to dispose unwanted newspapers! Your company should have the ability to listen to consumers the FIRST time! Now you have lost the support of a lifelong Thurston County citizen and common customer of The Olympian.
I have been extremely patient until now, I'm sure you'd agree that notifying your company for a FIFTH time is absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse for absolute carelessness, and you need to take care of this problem immediately. If you don't stop littering unwanted newspapers in my yard, I'm going to exercise my rights to sue you for littering on my property for every paper that is delivered into our yard according to RCW 70.93.060.
